Our Introductory Mindfulness Courses

Cultivating Mindfulness, Cultivating Wisdom, and Cultivating Gratitude are the signature educational programs of Mindful Master. These six-week courses lay the groundwork for students to learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, create their own personal meditation practice, and reliably apply the principles in their everyday lives.

Each course is six weeks long. We meet for approximately 90 minutes each week, with a half-day retreat scheduled during the final week. Each class is a combination of lecture, practice, discussion, and instructions on how to continue your practice in your daily life. These introductory courses are a wonderful alternative for someone who wants to work at their own pace with access to a supportive community.

Attendees have access to audio recordings as well as the opportunity to have an instructor answer any questions pertaining to the course or their practice. Our instructors have years of practical experience teaching mindfulness and meditation. Mindfulness courses are a valuable opportunity for participants of any age, culture, and faith to instantly improve the clarity and quality of their life.
